GENERAL SERVICES As well as specialising in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels, Bendalls offers a wide range of services including:  • Project Management of turnkey process plant. • Design of general fabrications, ductwork, piping, tanks and skid modules.  • Manufacture of steel fabrications from gauge plate up to 100mm thick in carbon steel, stainless, duplex, inconnel, monel and hastelloy.  • Inspection of materials, weld joints and process plant equipment.  • Site advisory and installation service  DESIGN Bendalls employ qualified engineers, capable of designing a wide variety of steel fabrications utilising CAD / CAM (Autocad), Pressure Vessel Design Software, Weld Procedure / Qualification Management System and MRP Systems. All design activities are fully in accordance with the relevant National / EU and international Standards. Design Information, drawings and documentation can be received, stored and supplied in electronic format. MANUFACTURE Bendalls have the knowledge, experience and equipment to manufacture a wide range of fabricated items including: Architectural Steelwork, Ducting, Guards, Tanks, Hoppers, Filters, Skids, Baseframes, Ladders and Platforms to name but a few. Fabrications can be manufactured from gauge plate up to 100mm thick and in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, inconel, monel and hastelloy. Complementing our extensive fabrication facility we have a machining facility consisting of centre lathes, capstans, milling, drilling, punching, profile burning, rolling, folding, pressing and swaging machines. Our facilities, experience and knowledge enable us to offer competitive prices for light gauge products as well as large complex structures and process plant. INSPECTION Bendalls QA staff are qualified to analyse weld joints, materials and process plant using the latest Radiographic, Ultrasonic, MPI and DPI techniques. Also available are Endoscope and Boroscope instruments ideal for examination in restricted areas with work carried out either on site or in our factory. SITE Bendalls can provide an on site advisory service for pressure systems and a wide range of fabrications, ranging from process plant through to ducting and machinery guards. We can also offer a turnkey service comprising of site analysis, project management, design, manufacture, installation and commissioning, including civil engineering, electrical equipment supply and installation of ancillary equipment and Insurance Inspections.
