As well as specialising in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels, Bendalls offers a wide range of services including:
  • Mechanical Design
    Bendalls employ qualified engineers, capable of designing a wide variety of steel fabrications utilising CAD / CAM, 3D modeling, Pressure Vessel Design Software, Weld procedure / Qualification Managament system and ERP Systems tosuit clients seismic / fatigue requirements. All design activites are fully in accordance with the relevant National / EU and international Standards. Pressure Vessels can be designed to PD5500, ASME "U" or relevant interntional standards.
  • Manufacture
    Bendalls have the knowledge, experience and equipment to manufacture a wide range of fabricated items including: Architectural Steelwork, Ducting, Tanks, Hoppers, Filters, Skids, Baseframes, Ladders and Platforms to name but a few.
  • Inspection / NDT
    Bendalls QA staff are qualified to analyse weld joints, materials and process plant using the latest Radiographic, Ultrasonic, MPI and DPI techniques all with their own callobrated equipment. Bendalls also have their own seperate NRPB approved radiography building which gives them the unique capability of being able to conduct radiography of welded joints without disturbing the manufactruring process.
  • Site Work
    Bendalls can provide an on site advisory service for a wide range of fabrication requirements, ranging from process plant through to ducting and machinery guards. Our experienced Site Engineers are also trained in inspection of Pressure Systems, NDT repairs to existing equipment and on site testing.
  • Process Design
    Bendalls work in partnership with process design companies to supply Vessel packages including process internals for a variety of applications including Gas Scrubbers, Seperators, Filter Vessels, Desulphurisers and Degassers to gaurentee process conditions.
